Meet the Team
The Smile Ft. Worth team is second to none. Our staff is comprised of the crème de la crème, the top two to three percent of those who apply for positions we offer. Excellent education, training, and personal integrity and commitment to our profession and the patients we are blessed to serve is a fundamental requirement for employment with Smile Fort Worth.
Our team interacts with patients in a way that makes them comfortable and results in them actually enjoying their visits. Our team is consistent; there is not always a “new person,” but rather a trusted friend who assists the doctor, sees patients for regular hygiene visits, and is that happy voice on the phone and a smile greeting them when they come for appointments. We cater to their needs while they are in the dental chair to ensure their visit is comfortable, efficient, and fun.
New Patient Coordinator
Dentistry has been a very important part of my life for over thirty years now. My role of getting to introduce new patients to our practice has been very rewarding. Through this process, I get to spend time with our new patients making sure all their goals and concerns are addressed.
I live in a small town outside of Fort Worth. Have been happily married for twenty-four years and have two great kids. My son is grown and lives in Austin and my daughter is a sophomore in college.
Being in the dental industry for 15 years, I have worked in pediatrics, periodontics, and general dentistry. I love being able to help people achieve a smile that they truly love. Helping someone feel confident and at ease is the most rewarding gift there is. I feel very blessed to have found a career that I am so passionate about, and that is so rewarding at the same time. Outside of dentistry, I love to spend time with my family, and my Lhasa Poo named Lilee.
Being a dental assistant for the past 20 years has not been just a job for me, it's been a career that has brought me such joy & satisfaction. I love interacting with people & putting them at ease. So knowing I’ve made an impact in people's lives when they come in self conscience and seeing them leave with self-confidence assures me God has placed me in a career where my talents and compassion will come to good use, I love being a dental assistant!
I have helped create happy beautiful smiles with Braces and Orthodontics for 25 years. My career has always been very rewarding. We offer Orthodontics for all ages, beginning around age 6. I have seen patients from childhood and watched them grow up to do orthodontics on their children. Making beautiful smiles make happy healthy patients. Our orthodontic patients see results quickly therefore they love to come see us for their monthly orthodontic visits. Our patientsare a part of the Smile Fort Worth family.
I have been an orthodontic dental assistant since 2010 and I enjoy the process so much. I love watching my patients grow and to see their smile develop. I look forward to getting to know my patients on a personal level from the first visit to the big day when braces or Invisalign are finished!
I have been helping patients achieve their maximum insurance benefits for 30 years. It is a challenging and rewarding career. Smile Ft. Worth patients are our family, so we understand life changes and situations that can make it challenging to achieve needed dental care. As an outstanding dental team, we strive to make beautiful smiles our goal.
I enjoy that I am able to impact people’s lives with making patients smile again. I'm honored to be a dental assistant and have the compassion and talent that patients need when they come to our office. Being an assistant for the past thirteen years has given me the opportunity to appreciate dentistry on a whole new level.
I love helping people and that’s why I do what I do. My position gives me that opportunity every day. At the end of the day I go home and know that I made a difference, however small it might seem it made an impact in someone’s life. I love to share a friendly smile to calm a fear, a kind word to let someone know that they matter and a willingness to be of assistance to someone. That’s what I get to do each day and it’s pretty great.
Front Desk Coordinator
I have been in dentistry since 1989 and to this day I’m still amazed of the benefits I receive from it. I started as a dental assistant and at the beginning of 2017 made the decision to move to the front office. My favorite part dentistry is the personalized care that I can give my patients. I feel that a person’s smile is as unique to them as a set of fingerprints, and I get to help them customize it… What a blessing that is for me to give my patients a reason to smile. Outside the office I enjoy spending quality time with my husband, my 3 dogs and trying to find ways to serve others.
Ft Worth is and will always be my home, a place of togetherness with smiling, friendly faces everywhere you go; very much like the way I like to practice dentistry ,my home away from home. The most important thing in my life is my husband that I adore and sweet baby girl that keeps me laughing and loving life. On the weekends we’re all about quality family time and being carefree. People come to see us when they need a renewed confidence in a smile they can be proud of , or because they simply need us to take the pain away. In one way or another dentistry give me the opportunity to change someone’s life for the better. My patients have purpose in my life too and that’s allowing me to apply my abilities and strengths in loving and supporting the good hearted people in my home town. I am excited for the future and can’t wait to get to know you and your families for years to come.
In 2011 my life changed when I decided to pursue a career in dentistry because I learned that I am a great listener and have a natural ability to inspire people to achieve their dreams. Whether I am helping someone create a new smile or helping them find the confidence to walk through the front door of our office, I have found that I can be an inspiration that will change someone’s life for the better.
I feel blessed to be working in a profession that I am excited about and still look forward to each day after 30+ years. My patients are friends and my co-workers are family. I love helping my patients achieve the healthy and beautiful smiles they always wanted and learning about the latest technology in dentistry so we can deliver "state of the art" care.
When I am not working, I enjoy cooking with our sons, gardening and working on our house with my husband Larry and reading. Also, I LOVE sports and am a certified tennis and swim coach for our daughter's Special Olympic team.
I always knew I wanted to go into a career in healthcare, because helping people is an absolute passion for me. Being in the dental field for the past 9 years has truly fulfilled that passion.
I love being able to connect with our patients on a personal level, ease any anxiety they may have and all around help them get the smile they've always wanted and the confidence they deserve.
I am very thankful to be a part of the Smile Fort Worth team where patients are treated like people, not teeth.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, for they are very special to me. I love being outdoors, watching baseball and playing with my fur babies, Gemma and Penny.
